First time eating Mian was the Honolulu location and it was so good my wife and I went twice. Then saw this spot in Las Vegas, thus had to go! Was on point and delicious as expected! Got the tomato beef stew(?) noodles, non spicy dish, was just right for me.

I came here after a Buddhist meeting with my pals and I absolutely loved it! Hand-made noodles in the house beef noodle soup were tender, scrumptious and delightfully divine (see th pic)! The broth was so flavorful, interesting, and spicy, too. I didn’t like the texture or the cut of the thick beef slices in the house beef noodle soup, though - they tasted dry and felt tough, gristly and fatty/chewy - the beef was my only complaint. My friend from Taiwan said that cut of beef is common in authentic Chinese noodle soups - I just didn’t care for it. The rest of the soup was so delicious and flavorful. I enjoyed the fresh green onions and beautifully green and tender bok choy so I would totally return. I will just order a different protein, next time.I also LOVED the spicy pork dumplings with hot and sweet chilli paste that our other friend ordered (see st photo) - I could order two of those and pig out. Try a few entrees and see for yourself!

We had heard great things about Mian, so we decided to come here for lunch on our last day in Vegas. As it was a weekday, the place wasn’t crowded but still a good amount of people. Once you sit down at a table, you scan the QR code for the menu, and you also order from your phone as well. After you order, they deliver the food straight to your table which is great. We ordered a variety of dishes from spicy beef noodles, chili oil dumplings, steamed eggs with minced pork, spicy radish, and Chengdu ZaJiang and honestly everything was amazing. Each dish is packed with flavors and also very affordable. Fair warning though that spice is the focal point of many of the dishes here, but there are certainly dishes that are without spice that are still really good. I highly recommend checking out Mian out if you are in Vegas (or a Vegas local) as I’ll definitely be back next time I am visiting.
